Import and export custom clearance is conducted via in-house SMK (Sistem Maklumat Kastam) – Dagang Net system. The automated system and documentation procedures provide DN easier access to vital first hand shipment status information, hence custom clearance is able to performed timely, comply with Royal Custom of Malaysia regulations.
Pre -clearance is made possible by DN, with terms and conditions apply.
In addition to general goods, DN is capable to handles custom clearance for machinery, perishable goods, dangerous goods (class II or class III) and etc.
2. INTERNATIONAL DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY
DN provides international total logistics service, from pick up, export clearance, freight arrangement, to import clearance from an origin to a designated destination regardless cargoes are shipped by air, sea, rail , road or combination mode of transportations.

Through solid long term partnership with a leading trucking company, which owns more than 10 units prime mover and 50 units trailers, DN ensures on time delivery for import and export of containerized and bulk cargoes at any destination within Malaysia.
DN also offers cross border door-to-door trucking service for full truck load (FTL) and loose cargoes (LTL) from Malaysia to Thailand and Singapore (and vice versa).
4. WAREHOUSING
DN has notable connection with Private and Bonded Warehouse operators. Regardless of general goods storage or perishable goods which required chilled/frozen storage, apart from providing warehouse space for rent, DN also offering value added services including stuffing/ unstuffing, and distribution.
5. PACKING, CRATING, LASHING
